Here at Stryv, we believe it is important to provide you with a simple way to streamline and manager your goals so you can spend more time and energy where it counts. This ethos applies to both our products and how we run our business.
For our Stryv products, if you are not satisfied within 60 days of purchasing, we will refund the product for you.
For our training programmes, such as StryvX, we offer a 30 day guarantee.

If you have not received a receipt or you are unsure of whether or not you have been billed for your purchase, please contact email@example.com so we can check this for you.
Most refunds take 24-48 hours to process and appear back in your account, however depending on your payment merchant and bank it can take as long as 7-10 working days.
If you have cancelled the card or bank account that you initially paid with, please tell us so we can look into how best to proceed.
If you have just purchased a product and you then request an immediate refund, the payment processor may not have taken the payment yet so while we will cancel and refund your product, no money may leave or return to your account. We will gladly send you proof of cancellation and refund to assure you your request has been taken care of.
If it has been longer than 10 working days but you still haven’t received the refund back into your bank account, please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you further.
When you purchase a Stryv product, you should receive an automated email receipt for your purchase. If this doesn’t come to your inbox, please check your junk email/spam.
If you still don’t have the email, please contact email@example.com and we can send you confirmation of your purchase.
We accept payment by all major Card providers including American Express.
We also accept payment by PayPal.
There are a number of reasons your payment may not have gone through:
- your card has expired or been reissued
- insufficient funds
- your bank weren’t expecting this payment request
Your bank will not share with us the specific reason for declining our payment requests, but they should be able to let you know more information if you speak to them directly.

You will receive an email response confirming your refund from us within 48 hours and then it can take 24-72 hours for the money to show up on your card or PayPal depending on your merchant provider and bank.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number detailing the product you would like to have refunded and we will get to work on helping you as soon as possible.

Once you’ve bought your Stryv products, you will have access to your account which you can access by logging in and selecting the main menu button “My Lab” at the top of the web page. You will also receive a link in your welcome email that will take you to this same page.
This page is where you can download the D.R.E.A.M.S Dashboard and start using your products.
Yes! Stryv can offer you a one-off “Life Design Session” for $99 per hour.
Alternatively, we also offer a package option of 6 sessions for $499.

This service allows you to ask questions about Stryv and work with a coach so you can begin mapping out some strong goals that you want to work towards, even if you don’t really know what those are right now.
Thank you for purchasing our product! All purchases receive a welcome email containing login details and a password.
You can also reset your password by going to the "Login" page on our website and selecting "Password Help" and this will then send you an email with how to reset your password and login.
Please ensure you check your spam/junk email for your welcome email. Sometimes Spam filters are fussy, so you may receive some emails from Stryv but not others.
