Trouble Logging In?

Once you’ve bought your Stryv products, you will have access to your account which you can access by logging in and selecting the main menu button “My Stryv” in the top menu of the webpage. If you have bought multiple products then you will see a drop down to the different homepage of those products as you hover over 'My Stryv". You will also receive a link in your welcome email that will take you to these pages.

These pages are where you can download the different tools such as the D.R.E.A.M.S Dashboard or start watching and using the other training products and tools.

Thank you for purchasing our product! All purchases receive a welcome email containing login details and a password.

You can also reset your password by going to the "Login" page on our website and selecting "Password Help" and this will then send you an email with how to reset your password and login.

Please ensure you check your spam/junk email for your welcome email. Sometimes Spam filters are fussy, so you may receive some emails from Stryv but not others.

If the email is not in your spam/junk email, please email hi@stryv.io with the email that you signed up with so that we can find your account and reset your details.


Go to www.stryv.io and select “Login” from the menu at the top of the page. Then select “Password Help”. Enter your email address and select “Submit”.

You will then receive an email with information on how to reset your password. If this email doesn’t come to your inbox, please check your spam.

If you still do not have your email, please double check the spelling of your email and contact hi@stryv.io so we can help you reset your password.
